Kriengkrai Bhuvanij

Kriengkrai Bhuvanij, Executive, IBM Governmental and Regulatory Affairs, Thailand and Vietnam. As an executive of the IBM Government and Regulatory Affairs (GRA), Mr. Bhuvanij directly contributes to the collaboration at the policy and strategy levels between IBM and the governments of Thailand and Vietnam by leveraging IBM’s values, both local and worldwide, to gain the government's commitment to support on the new and tactical initiatives resulting in the economy growth, country competitiveness, and HR skills development.

Mr. Bhuvanij’s current responsibilities include the areas of designing and driving the policy of the government at the high level, locally and regionally, to align with IBM’s global strategic policy. In his role, Mr.Bhuvanij is responsible for promoting technology, innovation, intellectual property and open standards, leveraging policy driven growth business opportunities, advancing IBM innovation including the latest corporate’s initiatives such as Smart Planet and Smart Cities, ensuring company resource program, preventing the government adversary policy and building up government relationship.

During his role in IBM, Mr. Bhuvanij successfully built up the collaborations among IBM, government functions, academic institutions, industry and private sectors through the signing of the MoUs on science, technology, innovation and education cooperation between IBM and the governments in both Thailand and Vietnam resulting in the country competitiveness in terms of economy growth, technology and innovation development and human resource skills development while obtaining the company strategic advantage position in the region.

Prior to joining IBM, Mr. Bhuvanij was in the executive positions in the major IT and Telecommunication companies ranging from SVOA, Jasmine Telecom System, and True Corporation. He also worked for the Bangkok Bank PCL in the area of project finance responsible for the financial feasibility analysis for the mega projects such as BTS Sky Train, Independent Power Producer, and Small Power Producer projects. Prior moving to Thailand, he joined the Electro Etch Company in the U.S. as a planning engineer.

Regarding his academic background, Mr. Bhuvanij earned Bachelor Degrees in Electrical Engineering from Kasetsart University, Thailand, and Electronic Engineering (President Honor) from Northrop University, CA, USA. He also received Master Degrees in Computer Engineering from University of Southern California, Business Administration majoring Marketing and Finance from Chulalongkorn University, and Management from Sasin. He is currently a candidate for the PhD program of Information Technology Faculty, Rangsit University.

Mr. Bhuvanij was also a Governor of the Board of the American Chamber of Commerce of Thailand. He is an executive member of the Joint Foreign Chamber of Commerce of Thailand ICT Committee, the Board of Trade of Thailand Service Business Committee, the Service Science Management and Engineering Steering Committee of Thailand, the National Technical Standards Committee of Thailand, the Engineering Institute of Thailand under the King’s Patronage, Executive Advisor of the Association of Thailand ICT Industry and Executive Committee, Computer Committee of Engineering Institute of Thailand under the King’s Patronage.

Kokula Krishna Hari Kunasekaran

Kokula Krishna Hari K an Indian born in Pondicherry, South India in 1980's is a pure veteran with acquired knowledge in Business Administration, Computer Research and Entrepreneurship. Has a wide range of contacts through various pipelines and channels across the globe either in Academic Network or Industrial Network or Research Network. Carried away with a greater commitment to the consoled projects, he has helped many people to achieve greater laurels.

With the loads of experience with major IT firms, he has been acquainted with the work culture and implemented the absolute opposite factor into them. He is one of the youngest international conference organizers in the current scientific world who has received the Australian Youngest Entrepreneur Award. He is serving as Visiting Faculty in many Universities across the world and educates. He is a constant researcher in the field of Computer Network Security.

Addingly MCSE, CCNA, CCNP, CCNE, MCDBA, MCAD, MCSD are some of the certifications he has excelled in. He is also a SAP expertise with ABAP programming language. Has chaired around 71 International Conferences, 22 National Conferences and numerous National and International technical symposia. He is an expert in Network Load Balancing, Network Clustering and ADS Configuring. His excellence area also includes his designing of website with greater ease of access. He has reviewed more than 400 technical papers, served as a Guest editor and reviewer for more than 34 journals published by different bodies, and published 10 books in various disciplines of Computer Science and Engineering.
