Best Paper Awards

One Selected Paper among all the presented papers will be selected based on the presentation and innovativeness and Best Paper of ICCELEM 2023 will be awarded. There will be the Registration Fee Refund for the awarded paper.

One Paper will be selected in all the tracks of the Conference and awrded with the LIFETIME Membership of ASDF International which is worth of USD 4500.

Ph.D. & PDF Programs

A Select Best Papers of the Conference and the main authors of the articles with 2 or more years of research will be invited to pursue their Ph.D. or PDF Programme in selected Universities in European Region. The Conference Chair will decide about this allocations. ASDF Life Members can avail the 1000 GBP Scholarship if selected through this program.

Eligiblity:

1. Two Years of Research Experience post Masters Degree for Ph.D. or Ph.D. for PDF enrollment.
2. Thesis on their research activity is mandate not less than 350 pages each for both programme.
3. All the candidates selected from this program should have a valid passport.
4. The candidates should have minimum 4 papers which are recommended by Thesis Director.
5. Candidates should be present during the conference to attend the Viva Voce Examination.

How to get enrolled?

Submit a Paper for ICCELEM 2023 Conference. If the paper is accepted, proceed for the registration and ensure that you check the box Apply for PhD/PDF Program. If accepted for the program, ICCELEM 2023 team will email you asking to produce a set of documents during the Conference along with the University Conscription Fees. Produce the same on 17th November, 2023 for basic evaluation. Date of Viva Voce examination will be intimated on 18th November, 2023 after the opening remarks of the Conference. Prepare the presentation for 45 minutes and 15 minutes of Question and Answer Session. The other steps will flow and will be intimated to the successful candidates. ALL THE PROCESS IN THIS PROGRAM IS ONLY IN ENGLISH.
